Gaël Rebmann
Convinced that play, fun and enjoyment are essential for learning and working properly, I told myself that I had to make my job fit this idea. So I logically hesitated for a long time between a career as an accountant and a comedian, I even almost became Fun Sheriff but it was already taken… So I became an Agile Coach and I got to draw funny pictures and get paid to play… Among other things…
Glenn Waters
Dad, spouse, and Executive and Agile Coach. Glenn has served in coach roles helping large corporations and government organizations understand the agile mindset. He has worked at many levels and parts of organizations including the C-suite, to teams in software development, HR, marketing, and policy development. Glenn coaches and trains on leadership skills, Agile mindset and practices, and software development skills. #LoveWhatIDo #CreateMoreJoyAtWork #PlayToLearn
Marlene Ziobrowski
Coach & scrum master, farmer & beekeeper, writer & ecstatic dance DJ, unfolder of possibilities both organizational & personal.
Mike Kaufman
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, from developer to manager to quality and project management. But none of that matters when it comes to people, the one thing that Mike has discovered is at the root of his passions. The agile “bug” bit Mike early in 2007 and he has been swimming in the deep waters ever since. Through many different types of education, introspection, personal development, and self learning, Mike has found himself as an accredited Organizational, Relationship, and Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and many other certified something-or-other. Through this, Mike works with leaders, teams, families, couples, and other systems to improve teamwork and communication by focusing on the most basic foundation – the underlying relationship. Mike helps people (re-)discover, build, and grow their connection to others.
Tarek Raafat
Agile scrum champion of application development teams in the government. Coaching team members to be more transparent, inspect and adapt. Believer of authentic leadership and promoter of telework. Enjoys swimming, body surfing, travelling, film festivals (TIFF), board games, stoicism, karaoke, chocolate and laughing.
