Damon & Gillian are co-authors of Professional Coaching for Agilists. They co-created an ICP-ACC Agile Coach course and have both earned the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching. They also co-created a Professional Coaching program for Agilists.

They frequently co-present at local and international meetups and conferences such as the Agile Alliance Conference, Play4Agile, and Agile and Beyond. They have also created a series of popular Agile games such as User Story Games, Agile Coaching Games, Heroes of Agility, and a small collection of online games. This element of learning through play is a consistent element in all of their work.

Damon is an Enterprise Product and Agile Coach and has coached and trained thousands of people at companies such as Perforce, EMC, Capital One, Oanda, Ford, and Fidelity. He offers ICF and ICAgile accredited training programs. Damon is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and International Coach Academy Certified Professional Coach.

Gillian is a delivery coach who works with software development teams and leaders to maximize their delivery potentia. She has coached at a variety of growth-stage organizations such as Amplify Education, Nulogy, Rangle.io and Oanda. Gillian is a certified professional in Scrum, Kanban and Agile Coaching and studied Computer Science and Engineering at MIT. Prior to becoming an Agile Coach, Gillian coded as a Disney Imagineer.
